Volunteer Opportunities

There are several year-round volunteer opportunities at the Purdue Center of Hope. Volunteers are needed to:

• Read to children in the child care center
• Help clean and stock the food pantry
• Clean outside areas (rake leaves, pick-up trash, etc.)
• Host a party for the women in the Single Women's Lodge

We also have seasonal volunteer opportunities with the Angel Tree or Red Kettle (bell ringing) program. These opportunities are September through December:

• Phone Bank Operator
• Screening Counselor
• Label and Bag Packer
• Mall Attendant
• Sorting and Distribution Warehouse Worker
• Kettle (Bell) Ringer

We also welcome groups (as well as individuals) from organizations: schools, churches, businesses, sororities, and fraternities. Please call us and we will work with you. There is always something to do!
