Rick McConniel and wife Janeen McConniel have been named to new positions at the Memphis Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) of The Salvation Army. Rick McConniel will be an administrator and will oversee the clients of the residential program and its three family stores. Janeen McConniel will be the director of special services. The Adult Rehabilitation Center, 130 N. Danny Thomas Blvd., serves as a home to 86 men, most of whom have substance abuse problems.
